Terms and Conditions of Service
Ideal Day is promoting vouchers sold by participating merchants in a printable online form. The holder and issuer of a merchant voucher is the merchant User agrees on the terms of this agreement by placing an order from a voucher from a merchant. Merchant, not Ideal Day, sells a voucher that can be redeemed in connection with your purchase of the goods or services from Merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for redeeming any Voucher you purchase. Only the merchant, not Ideal Day, is the seller of the voucher and the goods and services.
All voucher terms and condition, including (i) applying the voucher value towards shipping, handling, taxes, tips, prior balances; (ii) limiting a range of products or services covered or redeemable by voucher ; (iii) limitations on the amount of the Voucher value that can be redeemed for alcoholic beverages; (iv) limiting redemption frequency (v) limiting number of vouchers per user or buyer; (vi) issuing or entitling user to a credit or cash; (vii) compliance with all applicable law is a sole responsibility of the merchant of the voucher.
NEVER SHOULD IDEAL DAY BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POLICY, TERMS OR CONDITIONS THE MERCHANT HAS APPLIED TO THE VOUCHER IT SELLS THROUGH IDEAL DAY WEB SITE.
The merchant as a holder and the issuer of the voucher you shall be fully responsible for any and all injuries, illnesses, claims, liabilities, damages and costs suffered by or in respect of a user, caused in whole or in part by the merchant.
Ideal Day is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
User should not attempt to reproduce, sell or trade the voucher, unless in compliance with the applicable law. Any attempt to redeem the voucher not compliant with the applicable law or these terms and conditions render the voucher void.
Refunds
The merchant is the seller of the goods or services which you are purchasing the voucher for. Merchant is responsible for the refund of moneys paid for the voucher. Please contact the merchant for a refund. The merchant is responsible for honoring the cash value paid for the voucher.
Refund of Expired Voucher
It is at merchant’s discretion to refund an expired voucher, as well as refund any unclaimed value from unredeemed vouchers or its portions thereof. The merchant may be required to redeem your voucher for the cash value based on the money you actually paid for your voucher for a period of time that extends beyond the expiration date on the voucher according to applicable law.

Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of New York within the County of New York.
Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by Ideal Day. Ideal Day may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Ideal Day's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by Ideal Day, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
